Dynamite Recruitment Solutions in Bracknell is seeking an experienced Sales Progression Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will manage the progression of property transactions from reservation to legal completion, coordinating with solicitors, mortgage brokers and customers to ensure a smooth process.

We value experience in sales progression, conveyancing, new homes or shared ownership, plus strong organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales progression, conveyancing, new homes or shared ownership.
• Strong understanding of the mortgage and conveyancing process.
• Knowledge of barriers to exchange and completion and how to resolve issues.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise a busy workload.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Customer-focused, proactive and collaborative approach.
• Confidence working independently while building stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales progression of Shared Ownership and Market Sale properties from reservation through to completion.
• Act as main contact for solicitors and mortgage brokers throughout the sales process.
• Provide regular updates and proactive communication to customers.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to keep forecasts accurate.
• Monitor progression and resolve issues delaying exchange or completion.
• Produce reports and maintain records across internal systems.
• Ensure legal, regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
• Capture customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Support the wider sales team in reaching regional targets.
