Job summary

Linley and Simpson, part of Lomond, seeks a Sales Negotiator for the Ripon branch. The role is full-time with 9:00–17:30 Mon–Thu, 9:00–17:00 Fri, and 1 in 4 Saturdays. Basic salary £25,000 with £5,000 on-target earnings in commission. You will respond to enquiries, book appointments, and progress sales to completion.

Build relationships with buyers and sellers, encourage valuations, and promote services such as mortgages. Property experience is helpful but transferable skills are welcome.

Qualifications

• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to close sales effectively.
• Experience in property is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries face to face, by phone and email; book appointments.
• Progress sales through to completion with coordinators and clients.
• Encourage valuations and use of company services for selling or mortgage arrangements.
• Maintain regular contact with buyers and obtain feedback after viewings.
