Halcyon Developments is a UK-based property developer with offices in Devon, Salisbury, and Malaga, Spain. Our flagship project is the Wyndham Halcyon Retreat Golf & Spa Resort, a luxury resort currently under construction in Central France.

About the Role
We are looking for a confident and experienced Property Sales Consultant to join our high-performing sales team in London.
This is a hybrid role, combining remote work with attendance at our London office. You will be selling luxury off-plan apartments in one of Europe’s most ambitious resort developments, working exclusively with warm, qualified leads.
If you have the confidence to close and the professionalism to guide investors through high-value decisions, this is a role where you can thrive and be well rewarded.
Key Responsibilities
·Engage with warm inbound leads via phone and video consultations
·Understand client goals and match them with suitable investment opportunities
·Maintain a deep understanding of the resort and its benefits to buyers
·Deliver a high level of client service throughout the sales process
·Build and maintain long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals
What We’re Looking For
·Strong track record in phone-based property or investment sales
·Experience selling off-plan property is essential
·Results-driven, self-motivated, and target-focused
·Clear, confident communicator with a consultative sales approach
·Professional, persuasive, and capable of managing objections effectively
What We Offer
·Basic salary of £25,000–£30,000 depending on experience
·Uncapped commission with a realistic on-target earnings of £100,000+
·Hybrid working: remote and London office
