Job Description:

Are you from a hospitality or luxury retail background and looking to step into the property world? Or do you already have customer service or sales experience and want a new challenge? We've got a fantastic opportunity for you!

We're currently recruiting for a Customer Relations Assistant based in Wandsworth, working Saturday, Sunday, and Monday on an ongoing temp basis. There's also potential for this to become a full-time permanent role if the fit is right!

What you'll be doing:

  • Welcoming customers and delivering an exceptional service experience.
  • Supporting the sales team with viewings and client engagement.
  • Building strong relationships with prospective buyers and guiding them through the customer journey.
  • Keeping up-to-date with developments, availability, and market trends.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or customer service - ideally with a passion for property!
  • Confident, personable, and proactive - someone who enjoys connecting with people.
  • Property experience is a bonus but not essential - we're open to great personalities from all sectors.
  • Availability to work Saturday to Monday, with immediate start preferred.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work with one of London's most exciting developers, gain hands-on experience, and potentially grow into a full-time role in the industry.
