Qualifications

• Cinq ans d'expérience en gestion de projet et contractualisation.
• Expérience de gestion de portefeuille immobilier complexe.
• Membre d'un organisme professionnel approprié comme CIOB, RICS, etc.

So what do we look for from you?

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to provide a comprehensive facilities management service to support the Company’s operational and strategic requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as a project manager across TrustFord’s property portfolio, to deliver projects on time and to budget (cross team approach)
• Ensure projects are contract managed appropriately drawing on TrustFord’s risk appetite
• Support the preparation of annual work plans, budgeting and ensure income is maximised
• As a project manager provide comprehensive coverage across procurement, appraisal, implementation and delivery using sound methodologies
• Support the development of stock condition surveys across the portfolio working with other colleagues
• Implement procedures relating to the safe and secure operations of all sites, staff and customers
• Work with various team, stakeholders and third party contractors in an effective, efficient and economic manner

This is a National role however the successful candidate will be required to work from our Head Office in Colchester at least one day per week.

• Ability to understand projects and their risks at a strategic and operational level
• Experience managing large scale and/or complex property portfolio over a number of years
• Five years’ experience in project and contractual management (evidence of high value/complex schemes preferable)
• Membership of appropriate professional body such as CIOB, RICS etc
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and other statutory services
• Proficient usage of Microsoft Office, e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook (and other packages)
• Full valid driving licence held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 6 penalty points – 4 years must have passed since reinstatement following any previous disqualifications
• The role is national based although there is an expectation that the candidate will visit Colchester HQ on a frequent basis.
