A highly regarded and rapidly growing Legal 500-ranked law firm is looking for a Plot Sales Supervisor to join their successful Real Estate team. With a strong reputation in residential development, this firm offers a fast-paced and high-performing environment for legal professionals ready to take on a lead role in handling new build plot sales.

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong residential conveyancing experience who thrives in managing a high-volume caseload. You’ll be acting on behalf of property developers, overseeing the sale of approximately 150 new homes per year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high number of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
• Assist in preparing legal documents and plot sale packs
• Issue contracts and packs to purchasers’ solicitors promptly following reservations
• Handle enquiries and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency
• Ensure exchange and completion deadlines are consistently met
• Liaise with developer clients and third-party solicitors throughout the transaction
• Draft and amend a variety of legal documents with attention to accuracy and formatting
• Maintain client files in compliance with AML and regulatory requirements
• Raise and issue invoices, manage disbursements, and liaise with accounts team on funding matters

• Strong client-facing skills and confident communication style
• Proactive, target-driven, and able to perform under pressure
• High attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
