Job Description

Our client, a well-known local prestigious law firm based in Belfast City Centre, has a permanent vacancy for a Conveyancing Paralegal to perform the duties of a Paralegal. The role involves assisting and liaising with Partners, Solicitors, and staff members.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing assistance and support to the Partner on all property matters;
• Attending court hearings with counsel when required;
• Preparing documentation for court;
• Reviewing documentation and preparing summaries of relevant content;
• Drafting letters under partner/solicitor supervision;
• Filing and photocopying;
• Performing any other ad hoc duties as requested by the Partners.

Experience using Land Web would be an advantage.

The position is full-time, and the salary is negotiable depending on experience.
