Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in a property paralegal role.
• Experience in residential conveyancing essential.
• Experience in commercial conveyancing desirable.
• Experience with case management systems, Laserforms, the Land Registry and SDLT Portals essential.
• InfoTrack experience desirable; full training will be provided.
• Experience in a CQS-accredited practice desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior property lawyers with residential and commercial conveyancing matters, including flats.
• Set up and progress files from onboarding through to completion and post completion work.
• Diary management of key tasks.
• Update clients on case progress in a professional and timely manner.
• Communicate with estate agents, lenders and other agencies.
• Provide day-to-day support to the property team across all offices.
• Use case management systems and relevant conveyancing portals to progress matters efficiently.
