Job summary

Clark James Recruitment supports a leading City of London insurer in recruiting an experienced Property Insurance Account Executive to manage a Residential Property Owners portfolio. The role combines technical broking with proactive relationship management and focuses on servicing a long-standing client within a Captive placement structure.

You will renew and win new business, build strong relationships across levels, visit the parent company monthly and the Property Manager office regularly,

Qualifications

• Experience with Residential Property Owners Insurance is essential.
• Familiarity with a Captive placement structure is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with a strategic market and client base in Residential Property Owners.
• Captive Structure Management: Place the client’s business within the Captive structure (not the technical setup).
• Renewal & New Business: Proactively manage renewals and pursue new business opportunities.
• Strategic Market Engagement: Work with one key market, maintain relationships through meetings and communication.
• Client Engagement: Monthly visits to the parent company and one Property Manager office.
• Business Development: Grow the Captive and develop related Property Management opportunities.
