Guildford

Our client, a leader in the International Insurance Broking market, has experienced tremendous growth. Due to ongoing investment, they are hiring talent across the UK. The Guildford branch is part of this expansion, and a new exciting role for an Insurance Account Handler has become available within their specialised Real Estate (Property Owners) team.

Working within a team of specialists, you will be responsible for servicing existing and new policyholders with renewals, new business quotes, MTA processing, and assisting with general enquiries.

You will process your policies using Acturis and presentations, with support from an internal Underwriting team within the same branch to help you secure policies.

Policies will mostly involve residential premises; however, clients can include Managing Agents / Blocks of Flats, providing exposure to contract work insurance too!

Each team member will manage an average of 150 clients per month, working on policies valued from £100 to £20,000.

The workload can be high, so the role requires efficiency, timeliness, and most importantly, strong relationship-building skills with policyholders.

Experience:

• Property Owners, Home, or combined Personal Lines broking experience
• Proven success in achieving high retention rates
• Acturis training is ideal but not essential
• Cert CII or working towards it, or willingness to study towards
