Castle Trust Bank in Basingstoke is seeking a commercially minded Product Proposition Manager to work with the Commercial Director on developing our Property product proposition. You will blend market insight, product expertise and performance analytics to drive growth and strong customer outcomes.

The role involves governance alignment, collaboration with multiple teams, and regular exposure to senior stakeholders. Hybrid working is required, four days in the office and one day at home.

Qualifications

• Strong business skills and commercial acumen with strategic thinking.
• Deep understanding of the UK specialist mortgage lending market.
• Proven product management and development experience with clear business benefit.
• Ability to translate diverse information into clear requirements for cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Property product proposition with design oversight and lifecycle management.
• Monitor product performance, pricing requirements and governance alignment.
• Identify growth opportunities, monitor market trends and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate across Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Project and IT.
• Provide insights and regular reporting on mortgage pricing to senior management.
