Job summary

Abbatt Property Recruitment is seeking a Property Operations & Compliance Manager with strong residential property background to oversee insurance renewals, procurement, governance and operations. The role covers contractor vetting, compliance and governance support, with hands-on project improvements and CRM management.

The ideal candidate has property experience, exposure to insurance renewals, utilities procurement and property operations.

Qualifications

• Property experience is important, ideally within residential property or property management.
• Experience in insurance broking or renewals, utilities or procurement, contractor management, property compliance, governance or company secretarial, property operations or project management.
• Insurance/renewal experience would be a big advantage, with utilities experience particularly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of insurance renewals and broker relationships.
• Oversee gas/electricity and wider procurement.
• Negotiate with suppliers and brokers.
• Vet contractors and ensure compliance.
• Provide governance and company secretarial support.
• Manage CRM, trackers and operational processes.
• Lead projects and process improvements.
• Quality-check team workloads.
