Hull and East Yorkshire Mind is seeking a part-time Property Officer based in Hull to maintain safe, welcoming living spaces for clients and tenants. You will manage properties, ensure they are fit for purpose, and support recovery through quality environments.

With 30 hours per week and a permanent contract, you will build relationships with tenants, coordinate with contractors, and uphold health and safety standards across our properties in Hull and the East Riding.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and adaptable, with a positive approach.
• A good understanding of property management.
• A full UK driving licence with use of a motor vehicle for work.

Responsabilités

• Build trusting professional relationships with tenants, promoting independence and providing information on rights and responsibilities.
• Carry out regular property inspections and respond to maintenance needs.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure properties are kept to a high standard.
• Help ensure our properties meet all relevant health, safety, and compliance requirements.

Location: Based in Hull with travel required to our properties in Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire.

Hours: 30 hours per week

Salary: £19,827.60 per annum

Contract: Permanent
