Job summary

Metropolitan Housing Trust in London seeks a Marketing Executive to support SO Resi marketing efforts for shared ownership, resale and new build developments across London. You will help deliver digital and traditional campaigns, maintain property listings across platforms, manage website and CRM content, and create engaging social media content while supporting events and customer communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, digital marketing, and social media.
• Knowledge of CRM and CMS platforms.
• Experience using content creation tools such as CapCut.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, positive approach.
• An interest in the property market would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing and updating property listings across websites, portals, and third-party platforms.
• Creating and scheduling engaging social media content to promote our developments and brand.
• Supporting email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
• Maintaining website and CRM content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Assisting with marketing reporting, events, exhibitions, and development launches.
• Working closely with stakeholders, agencies, and internal teams to deliver successful campaigns.
