Job summary

Metropolitan Thames Valley is seeking a Marketing Executive to join the SO Resi Marketing team, supporting the promotion of shared ownership, resale and new build developments across London.

You will manage property listings, create social content, assist with email campaigns, and maintain website/CRM content, working with stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns for our housing developments.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, digital marketing, and social media.
• Knowledge of CRM and CMS platforms.
• Experience using CapCut for content creation.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, positive approach.
• An interest in the property market would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update property listings across websites, portals, and third-party platforms.
• Create and schedule engaging social media content to promote our developments and brand.
• Support email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
• Maintain website and CRM content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Assist with marketing reporting, events, exhibitions, and development launches.
• Work closely with stakeholders, agencies, and internal teams to deliver successful campaigns.
