Foxtons Worcester is seeking a proactive Property Manager to join our team, acting as the main contact for landlords and tenants and managing a portfolio of residential properties.

You'll coordinate maintenance, resolve issues, and advise on legal and financial matters to safeguard landlord investments and support tenants throughout their tenancy. Full training is provided, including ARLA qualification, with clear progression based on performance.

Formación

• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to problem solve and communicate with a wide range of people.
• Experience in customer service is desirable but not essential; full training provided.
