X1 Sales and Lettings in Manchester is hiring a Property Manager with a driving licence. You will be the client-facing link for tenancy management and maintenance coordination.

You will handle deposits, inspections, and property turnarounds, collaborate with the Lettings team and contractors, and ensure compliance and high standards.

The role offers ARLA sponsorship and a permanent, full-time schedule from 9:30 to 5:00 with some flexibility.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsabilités

• Handle reactive maintenance and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct check-out inspections and manage property turnarounds.
• Handle deposits and disputes in line with SLAs.
• Coordinate with Lettings teams and contractors.
• Prepare summer turnarounds and maintain internal systems.
• Provide impeccable customer service to tenants and landlords.
