You will manage a portfolio of residential properties, respond to landlord and tenant queries, coordinate maintenance and contractor appointments, and monitor safety certificates and compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous property management experience preferred but not essential.
• Good understanding of residential lettings and tenancy processes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organised approach with good attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Calm, professional and confident manner when dealing with people.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with or managing a portfolio of residential properties.
• Dealing with day-to-day landlord and tenant enquiries.
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor appointments.
• Monitoring safety certificates, inspections and property compliance.
• Assisting with tenancy renewals, check-ins and check-outs.
• Resolving property issues promptly while maintaining good landlord and tenant relationships.
