Job summary

Macdonald & Company is recruiting a Residential Property Manager to join a growing Build to Rent team. The role supports lettings, property, and block management across two brand new BTR buildings in Wolverhampton and Coventry, helping set up and implement new procedures.

Experience in living sectors (residential, BTR, PBSA, etc) is strongly preferred, with ARLA or IRPM qualifications highly desirable. Salary is in the £30,000–£35,000 range plus bonus.
