Job summary

Landmark Residential is recruiting a Property Manager to coordinate repairs, schedule contractor visits, maintain accurate property records and support onboarding for new properties.

Based in London with Canary Wharf and Hornchurch offices, you will build relationships with landlords, conduct viewings and manage property data securely, ensuring compliant records and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's property management experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ideally based in East London.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day repairs and log each request.
• Schedule routine, cyclical and emergency repairs with agreed timelines.
• Monitor contractor invoices and pass approved bills to finance.
