Job summary

A Property Manager role in London, Marylebone, with a salary of £45,000 - £55,000, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm. The position is with a growing London-based property developer overseeing residential and mixed-use developments.

Initially you will manage a newly completed development and, as the portfolio grows, additional projects will be added. This is a dynamic opportunity with long-term career progression within an expanding business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience within Block Management or Property Management.
• Strong understanding of leasehold management and relevant legislation.
• Experience managing service charges and compliance matters.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Managing residential and mixed-use developments
• Conducting site inspections and overseeing maintenance works
• Managing service charge budgets, expenditure and arrears
• Coordinating contractors and ensuring compliance standards are met
• Overseeing Health & Safety and Fire Safety requirements
• Organising resident meetings and maintaining stakeholder relationships
• Managing reactive and planned maintenance through property management software
