• Experience in residential property management or lettings.
• Knowledge of Scottish residential lettings legislation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties from move-in to tenancy end.
• Act as the primary contact for landlords and tenants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Coordinate maintenance works with Fixflo and ensure timely repairs.
• Conduct regular property inspections and produce detailed reports.
• Ensure properties comply with Scottish lettings legislation and safety requirements.
• Monitor compliance documentation and renewals.
• Manage rent arrears through proactive communication.
• Maintain accurate records using property management software.
• Resolve tenancy issues professionally while delivering excellent service.
