Job summary

RA Bennett is recruiting for a Property Manager (Staff title: Customer Service Advisor) to support the Lettings Department in Leamington Spa, Warwick. You will manage tenancy queries, coordinate repairs, and liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure high service standards.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, be a confident communicator, and able to work well in a team, with Organisation and negotiation abilities to deliver excellent tenancy experiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as central contact to manage and resolve queries from clients and colleagues.
• Coordinate urgent and routine repairs and maintenance with trades and contractors.
• Liaise with landlords following property visits and tenancy queries.
• Organise safety inspections and manage remedial works.
• Provide a first-class service to maximise customer retention and meet KPI targets.
