Dove & Hawk, a local Kent agency, is seeking a Property Manager to join their team and manage a growing portfolio.

You will handle daily maintenance, compliance checks and communications with landlords and tenants, ensuring high service standards and timely resolutions. This full-time role is Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30, offering £28,000–£32,000 plus commission and clear progression opportunities within a supportive, client-focused environment.

• Property management experience required.

Responsabilités

• Manage portfolio of properties and coordinate maintenance.

• Arrange inventories, check-ins and check-outs.
• Liaise with utility providers and landlords/tenants.
• Coordinate estimates and repairs with contractors.
