Dove & Hawk Property Recruitment is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager for a part-time role in Greater London. You will own day-to-day management of a commercial portfolio, liaising with occupiers, contractors and service providers with a hands-on, practical approach.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure properties are well maintained, compliant and cost-efficient. The position offers autonomy, flexibility and scope within a smaller entrepreneurial firm.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial property management.
• Strong knowledge of building operations, maintenance and compliance.
• A relevant property, facilities or technical qualification.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach with ownership and problem-solving.
• Proficient Microsoft 365 skills and driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Property & Portfolio Management: manage the commercial property portfolio daily and act as primary contact for occupiers and service providers.
• Occupier & Contractor Management: build relationships, respond to issues, oversee contractor works from instruction to completion.
• Lease & Property Administration: understand lease obligations and maintain accurate documentation within the system.
• Facilities, Maintenance & Compliance: oversee preventive maintenance, inspections and safety/compliance records.
