With a specific focus on Retail Property, our client is one of the most exciting companies in the property industry right now. Company Growth and Team Expansion

Thanks to their robust capital flow, over the past two years, they have acquired 23 new assets totaling 2 million sq ft. To support this expansion, they began building their in-house team just over three years ago, which now includes 9 members in Property Management and over 15 in Property & Asset Management. They are now looking to add a like-minded Commercial Property Manager to this thriving team.

Job Details

You will have the opportunity to work on a nationwide portfolio that includes Shopping Centres, Shopping Parades, Retail Parks, and standalone Retail Units.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in Commercial Property Management, preferably MRICS qualified, and experience in the Retail sector is desirable but not essential. If you enjoy constant challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role could be your next career step.
