Job summary

Jackson Sims Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Property Manager specialising in Block Management in the Essex & Herts region. The role runs Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm, with a salary between £40,000 and £50,000 plus benefits.

You will oversee service charge budgeting, attend meetings, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of block management and leases, be well organised, and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience of Block Management and the residential property management industry.
• Able to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Attend AGM, EGM & RMC meetings and liaise with clients and lessees.
• Ensure service charges are collected and funded for necessary works.
• Maintain budgets and monitor budgets against lease agreements.
• Prioritise risk management with a full document trail and legislative updates.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Inspire and oversee Assistant Property Managers to maintain service levels.
