Job Features

Property Manager Package:

Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm, NO SATURDAYS!!

Work from home two days a week! (Initial training every day in head office in West London)

Must have 2 years experience!

To be a Property Manager, you need:
  1. Excellent communication, written and verbal, and customer service skills
  2. Ability to effectively manage conflict and solve problems
  3. Great organisational and problem-solving skills
  4. Confidence, enthusiasm and dedication to the role and company
  5. Previous experience within Property Management
  6. Ability to work under pressure and in a team
  7. Expert communicator capable of effectively managing conflict and solving problems
  8. Ability to multi-task by employing effective time management strategies
Responsibilities:
  1. Answer general, maintenance and emergency phone calls, deal with all general enquiries and resolve reported issues accordingly
  2. Act as a central point of contact for all landlords, tenants, managing agents and contractors
  3. Receive, prioritise and coordinate new tenancies and end of tenancies
  4. Instruct maintenance works and ensure the completion of the work
  5. Responsible for managing a portfolio of approx. 135 properties across London
  6. Inspections are a key responsibility
