Property Manager Duties:

1. Looking after a portfolio of around 100 properties
2. Receiving and actioning maintenance issues and instructing approved contractors
3. Acting as a liaison between landlords, tenants, and contractors
4. Renewing safety certifications and contracts
5. Issuing section notices
6. Organising third party check-ins/outs and inventories
7. Handling deposit disputes and finding resolutions

To be a Property Manager, you need:

5. Confident and enthusiastic nature

Property Manager Package:

Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
