haart Estate Agents in Bristol is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Bristol office. You will be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, overseeing maintenance, legal compliance, tenancy progression, and more.

Local to Bristol and with proven property management experience are essential. We offer a defined salary plus uncapped commission and attractive benefits, including a company car, 30 days annual leave, and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role.
• Outstanding customer service.
• Good telephone manner.
• IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Booking and conducting property inspections.
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals.
• Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties.
• Deposit returns.
• Resolving rental arrears.
• Processing eviction requests.
• Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Managing complaints.
• Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports.

We're seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Bristol office. • Basic salary range of £20000 to £27500 per year, dependent on experience
• Additional £4,140 earnings expected through uncapped commission
• Minimum on-target earnings of £27844 to £31640+ OTE per year
