Job summary

haart Estate Agents Bristol is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Bristol office. You’ll be the main contact for landlords and tenants, overseeing maintenance, legal compliance, tenancy progression and more.

This is a full‑time role with a structured training path and clear progression opportunities. You will handle inspections, renewals, deposits, and arrears, while building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

• Minimum 1+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role.
• Outstanding customer service
• Good telephone manner
• IT skills

• Booking and conducting property inspections.
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals.
• Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties.
• Deposit returns and resolving rental arrears.
• Processing eviction requests and ensuring regulatory health and safety standards.

What you'll be doing as a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Bristol

• Booking and conducting property inspections

• Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports

Driving Requirements

• You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car. We cannot accept automatic-only driving licences at this time.

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
• We’ll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of: Passport/Birth Certificate
