Job summary

An established estate agency in Solihull is seeking a Property Manager to join the busy lettings team. You will manage a portfolio of residential properties, nurture landlord and tenant relationships, coordinate maintenance, and handle renewals and inspections from tenancy start to finish.

The role requires experience in property management, solid knowledge of the lettings process, and excellent organizational and communication skills. A professional, customer-focused approach is essential.

• Previous experience in a Property Management role.
