As a Property Manager , you will provide the responsive, professional service expected by landlords and tenants, addressing their unique property requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely completion of all maintenance jobs with professionalism.
  • Maintain up-to-date compliance records.
  • Register tenant deposits and serve notices when required.
  • Conduct property inspections using industry-leading reporting software.
  • Handle maintenance faults, repairs, and tenant / landlord requests.
  • Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs of tenants.
  • Negotiate tenancy renewals and carry out annual rent reviews.
  • Produce monthly landlords reports.
  • Manage company procedures, updating and improving where required.
  • Oversee the property portfolio keys.
  • Conduct viewings on available properties when required.
  • Manage occasional out-of-hours emergency maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Previously worked as a Property Manager or in a similar role.
  • Ideally have 1 year of experience in residential property and customer service.
  • Completion of secondary-level education.
  • Possess customer service and administration experience.
  • Proficient in the English language.
  • Strong written and spoken communication.
