Job summary

Belmont Recruitment are seeking an experienced Property Services & Operations Manager to join an adult supported accommodation service in St Helens. The role leads staffing, property, voids, budgets and compliance in a challenging setting.

Based in St Helens, you will drive service development, monitor KPIs and support delivery of person-centred outcomes for vulnerable adults with multiple needs. Level 4 Housing Management qualification is required with progression towards Level 5.

Qualifications

• Lead, manage and develop a team, including supervision, performance management, training and development.
• Oversee property management, voids and the effective operation of supported accommodation services.
• Manage budgets, income and expenditure, ensuring value for money and financial viability.
• Take responsibility for health & safety, risk assessments, safeguarding and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs, audits and service improvement plans, driving continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with local stakeholders, partner agencies and other services.
• Monitor support documentation, case records and CRM systems to ensure accurate and compliant recording.
• Support the delivery of person‑centred, outcome‑focused services for vulnerable adults with multiple needs.

The Role

The successful candidate will lead and manage the overall delivery of the service, with responsibility for staffing, property, voids, budgets, service development and performance.

About You

• Level 4 qualification in Housing Management or equivalent, with willingness to work towards Level 5.
• Significant experience managing and developing teams.
• Experience supporting individuals with multiple disadvantages and complex needs.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, support planning, risk assessments and case management.
