We have a fantastic opportunity to join Sovereign Network Group as Property Manager within Intermediate Rents on a fixed term basis for 9 months. You'll be based from our office at Northwick Park in Harrow. This role will combine office and home working to ensure a positive work/life balance.

The Role
We are seeking for a proactive and customer-focused Property Manager to take the lead in managing a portfolio of key worker homes within our Intermediate Rent team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality tenancy and estate management, ensuring compliance with housing standards, and building strong relationships with tenants and key stakeholders, including NHS Trusts and public sector partners and agents. A core part of your role will be driving and maintaining high occupancy levels—achieved through efficient void management, collaborative working with our marketing and lettings team, and a strong focus on customer service. This is a hands-on position that calls for excellent organisational skills, a solutions-driven mindset, and a commitment to providing safe, well-managed homes for our residents and partners.
