Job summary

Collins Property Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a Prime and Super Prime residential portfolio in London. You will work directly with the founder, enjoying autonomy, responsibility and a clear path to growth within a boutique firm.

Three days per week with hybrid working, a salary of £30,000-£35,000 per annum (full-time equivalent £50,000-£58,000) and an annual bonus. The role suits a proactive professional with strong client service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' residential property management experience, ideally within the luxury market.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong knowledge of property legislation, compliance and financial management.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across London.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Prime and Super Prime London residential properties.
• Build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, landlords and tenants.
• Oversee maintenance, contractors, compliance and inspections.
• Manage budgets, expenditure and client reporting.
• Coordinate housekeeping, concierge and additional property services.

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join a boutique property business managing an exclusive portfolio of Prime and Super Prime residential properties across London.

Offering an attractive salary of £30,000-£35,000 for just three days per week (equivalent to £50,000-£58,000 full-time), this is a particularly appealing opportunity for the right individual.
