Job summary

People First Group seeks an experienced Property Manager to join a growing independent agency in Romford, covering a portfolio of approximately 500 properties. This office-based role focuses on delivering proactive management, landlord/tenant liaison and a high standard of service.

You will own day-to-day management, coordinate with landlords, tenants, and contractors, ensure compliance, and handle visits, inspections, and end-of-tenancy processes. A driving licence is required.

Location: RM1 (Office based)

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Working Hours: 5 day week

Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6pm

One or two Saturdays per month (8:30am - 5pm, but day off in lieu)

We are working on behalf of our client who is looking for an experienced and driven Property Manager to join their well established and growing independent agency in Romford.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of your portfolio, build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, solve problems and deliver an exceptional Property Management service.

Responsibilities

As a Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for the ongoing management of a portfolio of around 500 properties, split between two property managers.

You’ll work closely with landlords, tenants, contractors and colleagues to ensure properties are well managed, compliant and that issues are dealt with efficiently.
