Job summary

Hyperion Partners Limited is seeking a proactive Property Manager in Bracknell to oversee a residential portfolio, delivering high standards of service while ensuring property compliance and safety.

You will build strong relationships with leaseholders, residents and contractors, coordinate maintenance and inspections, manage budgets and invoices, and work closely with internal teams to provide a first‑class property management service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager.
• Keen to progress to a fully-fledged Property Manager role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship management.
• Good knowledge of residential property management and relevant legislation (desirable).
• A full UK driving licence (preferred).

The Role
