Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing properties within a new development in Birmingham. This customer-facing role requires delivering excellent service and representing Pinnacle Group and its clients.

You will be part of our Affordable Housing team based in Canary Wharf, London, managing a diverse portfolio of affordable homes nationwide, including Affordable and Social Rent, Shared Ownership, and Supported housing. The role requires a valid UK driving license as the portfolio spans Cotwolds, Gloucestershire, and the Welsh border area. Working hours are 9 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all property management duties, including void turnaround, viewings, sign-ups, mutual exchanges, renewals, inventory management, ASB management, serving legal notices, and attending court as needed.
  • Conduct estate inspections, ensuring communal areas are maintained and issues addressed promptly.
  • Handle residential compliance and tenant repairs, logging all maintenance via Qube PM software.
  • Maintain accurate tenancy records.
  • Perform property inspections and pre-checkout visits with tenants.
Key Requirements
  • Good knowledge of affordable rent management, residential lettings, and the property industry.
  • Understanding of housing legislation and current practices.
  • Valid UK driving license.
  • Experience in front-line Housing Management.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
