Team Overview

The role is within one of our London-based teams with a portfolio mandate for a key client. This client-facing role is primarily focused on industrial properties but also involves dealing with out-of-town retail and multi-let offices. You will also be involved with other client mandates, providing variety day-to-day.

You will manage some of our clients’ key assets and site teams to ensure the highest levels of service delivery and client reporting. The team collaborates with the client’s asset managers and our internal experts to deliver best-in-class services, focusing on operational excellence, customer engagement, sustainability/wellness, and innovation. The client has a clear net-zero carbon strategy.

Working primarily out of our Margaret Street office, the successful candidate will gain a broad range of experience and growth potential. The team is supported by market-leading operational, ESG, and place-shaping teams, as well as advanced systems.
