Job summary

Savills is seeking a skilled Property Manager to ensure the smooth operation of a key component of our managed commercial portfolio. Based at our Dublin head office, you will collaborate with site teams and identify new business opportunities to sustain growth of our property and facilities management business.

You will mentor staff, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement while supporting ESG targets across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong property management experience and deep understanding of industry challenges.
• Good people management skills and ability to deliver high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Support an existing team to deliver a best-in-class management service for key clients.
• Identify new service line opportunities and contribute to business development.
• Prepare pitches and presentations as part of the strategy.
• Ensure timely, accurate written outputs and maintain stakeholder communication.
• Oversee fee performance within the portfolio and ESG goals.
