Salary - £28,000 - £30,000, (Depending on Experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 6.00pm
Our client based in Maida Vale is looking to appoint a competent Property Management Administrator to assist the team with all aspects of the Property Management department.
Your experience in a similar position within property is invaluable and we are looking for a candidate with great energy and enthusiasm. The requirement is for a proactive, versatile, and self-assured individual who will be able to carry out tasks through to a successful conclusion, able to work quickly and accurately under pressure whilst maintaining excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Assisting Property Managers on a day-to-day basis, answering & making telephone calls, taking messages
Sending out commencement and end of tenancy correspondence
Setting up and closing of utility accounts
Management of the gas safety, electrical safety and legionnaires system and arranging required certificates monthly
Chasing copies of safety certificates and sending copies to landlords & tenants
Dealing with rent collection & arrears, printing off daily reports and chasing any outstanding rents either by writing letters or telephone
Deposit releases for let only and rent collection properties ensuring that the correct reminders are logged in outlook and that the guidelines stipulated by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme are followed and adhered to both in relation to our responsibilities and obligations as the member of the scheme
Chasing utility details and contractor details to include contractors insurance and accreditation documents
Liaising with accounts and lettings department
Maintaining key system, including daily checks and signing keys in and out to contractors
Dealing with tenants and landlords on maintenance and repair issues
Reporting to landlords with regards to maintenance and repair issues
Liaising with contractors to arrange appointments for repair and maintenance issues
Daily post and internal post
General administrative duties including filing, archiving, recycling
