Job summary

Premier Recruitment Hub is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Supervisor to join a well-established property maintenance contractor in Tonbridge, Kent and surrounding areas.

You will lead hands-on teams delivering planned kitchen and bathroom refurbishments and void works in social housing, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and high-quality workmanship while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification required.
• Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in social housing.
• Experience managing void properties and refurbishments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate operatives and subcontractors across sites.
• Oversee planned kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes.
• Manage void property refurbishment works from start to finish.
• Ensure works are completed safely, on schedule and to quality standards.
• Carry out site inspections and quality checks.
• Monitor productivity and address issues on site.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
• Liaise with tenants, clients and internal teams for effective communication.
• Order materials and coordinate deliveries.
• Complete site reports and project documentation.
• Mentor site operatives and uphold high workmanship standards.
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout projects.
