The Wigley Group in the Midlands is seeking a versatile maintenance/handyperson to join our expanding portfolio of properties. The role focuses on keeping communal spaces maintained to a set standard and returning vacant properties to the required condition.
You should be practical across painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks, with a proactive, detail‑oriented approach. A full UK driving licence is essential as travel between sites is required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing works across our extensive property portfolio. Reporting to our Property Manager, their focus will be on ensuring all communal spaces are maintained to a set standard as well as returning unoccupied properties to required condition.
