Qualifikationen

• Must have some experience preferably in maintenance or property management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Candidate must be extremely well organised.
• Be able to multi task.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Professional relationship with suppliers, operatives and subcontractors.
• Must have a clean drivers license.

Aufgaben

• Provide estimates for works when requested.
• Assess jobs prior to attendance and provide timescales and costs, oversee the job.
• Train maintenance staff to standards.
• Supervise and direct preparations.
• Inspections and spot checks.
• Control works orders and organiser on CFP.
• Manage timesheets and overtime.
• Petty cash sign off and emergency line cover.
• Recruit Maintenance Operatives and source subcontractors.
• Ensure vans and uniforms are kept clean and stocked.
