Job summary

Go Construct is offering a Property Maintenance Apprenticeship with hands‑on experience in extensions, garage conversions and refurbishments. You’ll work towards a Level 2 Property Maintenance Operative qualification while gaining practical skills from experienced staff.

Two positions are available, with a 40-hour week, typically Monday to Friday. Start around 26 November 2026 and complete over two years, under Greenlight Training Limited.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or eligible for Property maintenance operative (level 2) course.

Responsibilities

• Prepare footings and foundations.
• Set out and establish levels.
• Carry out groundworks and drainage installations.
• Undertake brick and blockwork.
• Assist with extensions, garage conversions and structural alterations.
• Work with other trades to ensure high-standard completion.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
