GREENLIGHT TRAINING LIMITED is offering a Property Maintenance Operative Apprenticeship Level 2. The programme combines four days a month of site-based experience with on-site work, helping you develop essential skills and industry understanding.

As an apprentice you’ll work with a company, gain hands-on experience, and learn to read work instructions, drawings and specifications while assisting with repairs, maintenance, and safety of tools and materials.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with general repairs and maintenance across the site or building
• Checking and maintaining fixtures, fittings, and equipment
• Communicating effectively with colleagues, tenants, and clients on site
• Learning to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications
• Ensuring tools and materials are prepared and stored safely
