Our client is seeking a General Property Adjuster (Cert CILA / Dip CILA) to work from home, covering Bristol and surrounding regions as required.

You will manage a portfolio of domestic losses up to £100,000 in value on a 'cradle-to-grave' basis without restriction. Your role involves supporting clients in proactively handling and settling a varied caseload of property claims. These claims can differ in complexity, so it is essential to approach each case with tact and a calm demeanor, understanding the policyholder's perspective, investigating claims thoroughly, establishing facts, reviewing policy details, and working towards resolution.
