Opportunity: Junior Property Litigation Solicitor / Lawyer

Location: Exeter (Hybrid and Flexible Working)

Salary: Up To £60,000 + Bonus + Annual Profit Share

I'm working with a well-established and highly ranked Legal 500 firm that is looking to strengthen its Property Litigation team, offering the chance to work alongside experienced lawyers while building your own caseload and developing your expertise.

The Opportunity

The team has a particular strength in the housing and property sector, acting for registered providers, local authorities and other housing clients on a broad range of property litigation and housing management matters.

You’ll get plenty of variety in your day-to-day work, including:

• Managing your own caseload with appropriate support and supervision
• Advising clients on housing management issues, property disputes and litigation
• Supporting senior lawyers on more complex and high-value matters
• Drafting pleadings, legal correspondence and other documentation
• Attending and assisting with court hearings and mediations
• Building relationships with clients and getting involved in business development

It's a role that will give you a good balance of responsibility and support. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your work while having experienced lawyers around you to learn from and turn to when matters become more complex.

For someone at this stage of their career, it's a chance to develop strong technical foundations while also becoming increasingly confident with clients and your own matters.

About You

Ideally, you will be a qualified solicitor or lawyer with 1-3 years' PQE, have experience in property litigation and want to build a specialist career in this area.
