G2 Legal Limited in Exeter is seeking a Newly Qualified Property Litigation Solicitor to join a busy, well-regarded team. You'll handle property litigation matters for corporate clients, retailers, landowners, developers and investors, with support and mentoring to fast-track your career.

Responsibilities

• Be involved in all aspects of property litigation, working mainly with corporate clients, retailers, landowners, developers & investors
• Resolve property related disputes relating to: development land & property contracts, Telecoms as well as landlord and tenant matters - dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture and breach of lease covenants
